We just leased a 2024 Tiguan and we couldn’t be happier with the customer service we received from the team at Crosby’s. Tony made the experience a lot of fun. He was really patient as we flip-flopped between cars. We never encountered a high-pressure sales environment like we would at other dealerships. I can’t say enough how much we appreciated the laid-back surroundings. I’m really happy with our car, now I understand why people are so loyal to Volkswagen.

My husband and I had a great experience buying our Performance GTI !! We waited for the perfect one but man it was worth it. We dealt with the whole team and everyone was a pleasure to work with. I’m also in the car business and so I have higher expectations than most people but everyone made sure our experience was great. Jake did a great job when we test drove and answering all the questions that we had and Tony was great when we picked up and helped us with the set up! 5 starts I would recommend this dealership to anyone great job guys!

Just bought a 2024 Atlas from Nathan , was great to deal with from start to finish, no pressure to buy and very knowledgable about the vehicle. Had to wait a couple weeks for vehicle to come in and when it did the interest rates had come down a percent and he gave me the lower interest rate even though I had already signed with the higher rate . Gave me a good price for my trade in as well. Would definitely recommend this dealer to buy a vehicle from .

Got a new car here 6 months ago, got the free oil change they offer… it took 3 HOURS I had to sit and wait. They never put a sticker in my windshield to remind when to get another one. They also never sent out a reminder to me.

First time at this location and was treated like an old friend. Service was on time for my appointment and I was provided with a rental at no cost to me while they investigated the issue. I was kept up to date in a friendly and professional manner. I was entered into the rewards program even though my service was covered under warranty. Great, friendly, prompt, professional service - couldn't ask for anything more!

Recently had another awesome experience with the Crosby team while looking to get a new vehicle. Dealt initially with Tim from the used car team who was more than helpful with seeing if the vehicle I was after was available. After we determined it wasn't, he got me in touch with Aaron and we started the ordering process for next years stock. Cannot say enough good things about both of them and the entire team as they helped me through this purchase. They made sure all my questions were answered while making it an overall enjoyable and exciting process. Now that I am in the new vehicle, everything discussed was executed perfectly and it was one of the best handover experiences I have had to date. Chris and the detail team made sure my new GLI was detailed to perfection and truly knocked it out of the park. This is my second car from the Crosby team and safe to say whenever a family member or friend is looking to make a new vehicle purchase I will highly recommend the team at Crosby.
